The sample was made with worsted weight cotton, an H hook and a beginning chain of 42. This makes a nice dishcloth.
R1: ch2 (counts as first dc), 2dc, *(dc2 tog) 3 times, (ch1 dc1 in next st) 6 times, (dc 2 tog) 3 times. Repeat from * to last three stitches, 3 dc.
